France to Use Swine Flu to Gut Laws
In case of a swine flu pandemic the French government has a plan to introduce emergency measures that would gut legal protections for citizens, the daily Liberation reported Tuesday.
According to documents provided to the daily by a judges’ union, the plan would extend the period police can keep a suspect in detention without charge or a hearing before a judge to up to six months.
Suspects would also not be able to contact a lawyer until after spending 24 hours in custody.
Under the plan children could be tried in adult courts and more trials held behind closed doors.
The Syndicat de la Magistrature called the measures “revolting” and said they would amount to “liberticide,” and called on Justice Minister Michele Alliot-Marie to abandon the plan.
The union was due to release on Tuesday the text of the government plan, which it said was provided to heads of courts in great secrecy in July, the newspaper reported.
Swine flu, or the A(H1N1) virus, the first pandemic to be declared by the World Health Organization in this century, has so far claimed 15 lives in France, out of at least 2,837 worldwide.
The French government has conducted extensive planning to prepare for an expected new wave of infections as the autumn flu season approaches in the northern hemisphere.

It appears to me they are saying the laws would be for any crime, but they are being implemented to make it easier for the authorities to punish the vaccination refusers.

Well now at that rate it could take another 5 to 10 years before this “pandemic” approaches the level of devastation experienced during the eras of the Black Death, Polio, and Small Pox.
Here’s a hint at what’s REALLY being done by the World Health Organization, the FDA, and Big Pharma.

1. Pandemic: “epidemic over a wide geographical area.”
2. Epidemic: “a widespread outbreak of an infectious disease; many people are infected at the same time.”
So then the Critical thinker would ask, “Who defines what “many people” means, and is history to be a factor in making this judgement … or is it to be left to big business and big government?
For anyone who has knowledge of the track record of both big business and big government this should be a no brainer. And as for how this “epidemic” measures up against historical plagues, there’s simply no comparison!
This is just a gigantic power grab, plain and simple.

Now I fear that since the number of deaths is so low, they might actually purposely infect the populace to make it possible for more people to die. That way they could evade the embarrassment of calling this a pandemic when it is actually no worse that a regular flu season.
I believe there is a big plan for “population control”. This swine flu has been called a pandemic for what? Like the above post, “it is actually no worse than a regular flu season.” I think they’re wanting to make this a big FEAR FACTOR (no relationship to the show) so we all run when the gov’t says “you need this because the swine is outta control” and, to top it off, feeding us genetically modified food, putting chemicals in our water so we become sterile and childless. They’ll control the medicine, the methods, the food, the minds of our children in “public” schools. We’re approaching a BIG BROTHER-type of period where we’ll be working for the gov’t and they’ll only give us so much sustainance. We need to get them to stop. Hmmm.
My family and i try to be very health concous but even when you are safe this looks like a great product for a pure clensing… my main question is can you only get it online of do you have places that you can recommend that i can purchase this at?
This is the most riduculous thing that the government has proclaimed. What pandemic?? The FDA kills more people with their drugs every month than this flu will kill in ten years, at this rate! This has more to do with government control, than any help they may think to give the people. Their self interests far exceed anything they propose.
It’s talk like yours (that the French gov may infect its own people) that makes serious and thoughtful people who address this matter look as daft as you are.
Each such crazy posting can be used, by the French government and the corporations who make billions off fake diseases, to paint the entire health movement as if we are all “conspiracy nuts.” We all lose credibility when you speak thoughtlessly–and to no benefit.

I believe WHO changed the definition of panademic to that of a minor illness so it could declare a pandemic. The last big flu pandemic was apparently caused by a flue vaccine. History repeats itself.
