Poisoning Attempt Charges Filed Against French H1N1 Campaign

In what is being seen as the first of many such actions to come, nine individuals have filed formal charges claiming that the H1N1 campaign is a deliberate attempt to poison the French population.
These charges, which were filed yesterday, could not come at a more inopportune moment for the government and health specialists. The vaccination campaign got underway last Tuesday in a climate of national skepticism as to the vaccine’s safety and efficiency, and this news will surely boost the morale of the increasing number of anti-vaccine lobbyists who are beginning to organize their resistance to any attempt to vaccinate the population against H1N1.
Nine inhabitants of the Isére region of France are cited as joint plaintiffs in the case, including a health sector worker, a teacher and a radio talk show host. They met each other at various public meetings held to denounce the vaccine’s alleged health risks.
The charges take the form of a ‘plainte contre X’ which means that the perpetrator of an alleged crime or felony is not known, or is not named, in the charge sheet. This is a commonly used manner of filing complaints in France, particularly where the charges relate to supposed government implication in alleged breaches of the law. In cases where those trials proceed after prior examination of the facts, the specific persons or organizations concerned are designated and charged as the trial proceeds.
Jean-Pierre Joseph, the plaintiffs’ lawyer, describes the vaccination campaign as “A veritable attempt to poison.” He confirmed that the charges were filed at the High Court in Grenoble before the court’s senior examining magistrate. He said other court cases involving other plaintiffs would begin soon
The various charges filed included one of “Attempting to administer substances…of a nature which could result in death.”
“The aim is to put a stop to what we consider to be an act of poisoning,” according to Joseph. “The interest of this action is that people in France now have a means by which to express their concern as citizens by saying publicly “We are aware that the vaccination campaign is a swindle.”
Similar court actions are planned in other areas of the Isére, as well as in Paris, Pau and Nantes, and several hundred vaccine opponents are beginning to organize themselves on the internet with a view to filing class action charges.

Their task is being made even more arduous by the fact that while authorities believe on the one hand that vaccination is essential despite negative public reaction, the French have traditionally proved to be very quick to condemn and file charges in cases where not enough was said to be done to prevent other medical mishaps such as the Mad Cow outbreak and an AIDS contamination case, in which several people died and many more became HIV positive after receiving AIDS-contaminated blood transfusions in hospitals.
That signifies that the authorities have very little room to maneuver and are more or less obliged to continue the campaign in order to avoid similar charges should they decide or be forced to abandon the campaign and high numbers of people die as a result of not being vaccinated.

Yes, I know Jean-Pierre – he’s a fantastic lawyer and helped us when the authorities tried to force our girls to be vaccinated (they are obligatory in France if you want to attend school).
He’s a great man – he’s supported so many people for many years in the way he helped us, and he does it for no money, simply because he believes in the cause. He is well supported by the LNPLV – the League Nationale Pour la Liberté des Vaccinations http://www.infovaccin.fr, who also helped us.
They are a wonderful organisation staffed by people who work tirelessly to support those who do not want to be vaccinated against their will.

in my life and I am 72 yrs. old, and lived

It is a well known fact in the States that Holdren and Obama believe there are too many people in the world and that a million need to be expended in one way or the other.
Holdren, in a book now ten years old, wrote, paraphrased, “one way to accomplish our mission is to poison the drinking water!”
A few years back, the USA forced vaccinations upon African women; it sterilized over a million so the report goes! Yep, backed and carried out by the USA if reports are accurate…
H1N1 has properties in it that bring on early, early Alzheimer’s Disease and demential not to say other neurological problems. This has been researched by scientists but the messages keep getting scrubbed from the net..gee, I wonder by whome?

It’s amazing that the French seem to be smarter than we are here in the States. The drug companies are using the ’scarcity’ tactic with the H1N1 vaccine at the moment. Scarcity is one of the most powerful and effective marketing techniques there are. They’re banking on Americans being dumb enough to fall for it. And they’re probably right.
At least some of us are awake and see this for what it is… the last gasp of a dying industry. Let us all work together to hasten their demise.

As a recipient of a polio vaccine in the summer of 1947 which resulted in my contracting polio as an 11 month old baby-in my right leg,the injection site,-in England, I am skeptical about the blanket vaccination principle. As practioner of Homoeopathic medicine I understand the dangers of a live virus, insufficiently attenuated, as well as a ‘dead’ virus. This is apart from danger of the additives as preservatives.

I am not so sure; I heard that there was a bil signed that exempted the makers of the H1N1 vaccine from being sued…
there is alot of information re this and other vaccines..and mis-information..because of the small pox vaccine given to most everyone as children years ago, small pox in this country basically became a thing of the past…

My parents had 16 children & not one has been immunized while they grew to be strong healthy vibrant adults.Presently Health Canada is advocating the supplements which world health organizations are saying will be the last frontier of the “medicine of the future” Already their Technologies have won 4 Nobel Prize Awards.Political issues have kept this news from too many people requiring a STRONG and uncompromised immunity. My neighbor just signed to have her children vaccinated although she said she would not do it. She saw a lot of sick people in the hospital, surprise, and decided her children would have “the same advantage” as the other kids getting vaccinated. Suddenly, all the information about how bad the vaccine is went out the window. We have been indoctrinated to believe that our government will take care of us, and even when we see the truth, it is easy to fall back into that government-ward perception when we become afraid.

The flu vaccine is already required at my job in a major hospital. Now, they want to require the H1N1 vaccination as well. You don’t get the shot, you lose your job. I’ve been here for 10 years, and I love my job and the people I work with, but I don’t see a way out except for quitting.

I live in Canada, Ontario for that. Let me tell you our province have health care rune by the government. We pay into on our income tax return as we earn per cent age. As we turn 65 and over, the first 100 dol. every year is a deductible for our medical cost the rest is supposed to be only a small dispenser y fees.
Well, now that the populations is aging, they are cutting back the medicine and making it pay from our own pockets. But, they do not cut the income tax that we pay.
Also, now our finance minister in Ontario just said, because we have 25 million dollar in the red, he must take away more items from the list that we were provided with.
That is so, he is cutting from the disabled,
social assistance, and seniors. But, they are bailing out the multi million dollar corporations, who took more then a million dollar pay for them annually, for each that is. By not assisting the sick, and elderly they reduce the life span of the populations, and they do not have to pay any pensions, and the corporations do not have to pay out the pensions also , and if some one have something then the government also benefit through inheritance tax. All eyes are on how to thin out the population step by step.

Here are my thoughts on the pushing of the H1N1 vaccine in the USA. Currently our president wants a government run healthcare bill to be passed. So why not create a bigger issue with people getting sick and not having insurance to take care of them to scare the public into backing a bill that has little to do with care for the people.
Be the change you want to see in the world. I hope I am. I will not take the shot, nor will I take any of the vaccines they create on a whem. I will continue to practice holistic care, using homeopathic remedies, herbs and chiropractic care and in the process I will share what I do with others in hope they will see the ultimate benefit by doing so!

It’s easy to see why vaccination is such a menace to society and why the authorities have been lying about the benefits of vaccines. Any sane person who sees the ingredients in a vaccine (mercury, aluminum, phenol, formalin, etc.) all of which are toxic and most of which are considered hazardous waste, would ask the basic question. Why is this crap being injected into babies?
