IBM Internal Document Outlines Knowledge of Planned Pandemic With 100% Certainty
“Services & Global Procurement pan IOT Europe, Pandemic Plan Overview,”an official inter-departmental document was distributed to upper-level management of IBM, France in 2006. Disclosed in this secret document was the prediction of a “planned” pandemic described as having a “100% chance of occurring within the next 5 years.”
The document also describes “quarantines”and operational procedures to be taken upon the official announcements of the “pandemic”by the World Health Organization. The foreknowledge of such an event could not exist, unless the pandemic was a planned event.
Certainly, this document is the “smoking gun” which demonstrates the current bird/swine flu “pandemic”is an orchestrated event leading to mass vaccinations sponsored by the WHO and UN.
This single document definitively proves there is international, corporate collusion behind the “bird/swine flu pandemic”and the intentional plan to create disease on a worldwide scale.
As evidenced by this document (see below), IBM’s primary concerns are focused on maintaining their workforce, even under an official quarantine, and the continuation of sales and services to their clients.
IBM is considered to be one of the most powerful corporations in the world. This is shocking, is it indicating the pandemic is intentional? You have to wonder.
There is a abundance of evidence to show this was planned. This is another piece. The real question is why this is not front page news. Unfortunately, we know the answer to that also.
Though I believe that these pandemic situations are being manipulated, and that big Pharma is up to their ears in the planning and distribution of disease, I have to be honest and say that this particular document proves nothing more than IBM preparing for a pandemic situation after the original outbreak of Avian (bird) Flu. And this is not any kind of “smoking gun” situation. Many large corporations and organizations made these kinds of “Pandemic Plans” at that time and most had no more knowledge than the general public about what was going on. Even my church wrote up plans for a pandemic, after all, if you will recall the entire world was being told that Avian Flu would become pandemic. If we go overboard on the “Conspiracy Theories” by accusing every major corporation of being involved, then people will just think we are “nut cases”, so I think people need to slow down and take a deep breath before accusing everyone of being involved.
Now, having said all that, do I believe there are major corporations and world leaders that are involved in creating a pandemic situation to cull the population? Actually, yes, I do. But a memo like this one is not “proof” of anything more than a company making a business plan for a very “public pandemic scare” and when you try to make it mean more than that, you are playing into the hands of the opposition, who will simply accuse you of being an over reactive “conspiracy theorist”. And unfortunately, if you allow yourself to be labeled, you will find it hard to get others to believe you when it is important to have them listen.
There is a difference between planning “THE pandemic” and planning for “A pandemic”.
All Large organizations have Disater Recovery plans with various scenarios and repsonses.
I once worked on a VISA “Business Impact Analysis” project. What do you do when an inevitable huricane in Florida that THIS TIME takes out one of your major data centers. Other scenarios are “What do we do if we have 30% of employees unable to work because of the flu?”.
That said, I do believe there is more to the pandemic than meets the eye. We just need to be clear what are good clues and what are processes that we just don’t understand and so project our fears onto.
I think that these are just contingency plans. There is no evidence of foreknowledge on IBM’s part.
The person making the slide is just parroting 100% pandemic in the next 5 years as the “Bird Flu Experts” predict. This is a one liner to get the management’s attention. It is a common presenter’s trick.

I second Gregg– there is too much evidence, whistleblowers, etc. that this “swine flu” was all intentionally done. One only has to use common sense and ask the questions the mainstream media refuses to ask, such as,
What ARE the ingredients in the vaccine?
(thimerosal, squalene, formaldehyde, etc)
Are they safe? (no!)
Any possible side effects? (duh!)
What studies have been done? (none-by gettin vaccine you are guinea pig)
Why will no one be held liable if something happens to those getting vaccinated? (because they KNOW people will be damaged by vaccine and dont want to pay for that)

I read the IBM presentation. I don’t see anywhere that it says the pandemic is planned – but that IBM is planning how to continue to conduct business when and if pandemic strikes – in waves. My company made similar plans. Sorry, don’t see a conspiracy here….
I may be missing something, but I see nothing in the pages posted here from this document that indicate that the pandemic is planned. Just that the company is planning for the pandemic that they believe is inevitable (as do many other folks). Unless there’s more to the document than is posted, making the leap to a pandemic itself being planned is science fiction.

Governments, through the media, promote fear in order to scare people into relinquishing their freedoms and responsibility. I feel these same tactics are being used by the so called health freedom fighters which is unfortunate.
It’s important to realize that it is physiologically impossible to make a rational decision when in a state of fear. So do as Valerie suggests…take a deep breath, relax and respond thoughtfully.

the only fault i see in this whole thing is the document itself. it looks as if an IBM internal document was scanned, and the contents photoshopped out, and new text put in. the reason i say so is the color fade on the blue background on the borders is not evident in the text, as are the inconsistent shadows from the uneven surface of the document.

My concern as a clinician has been all the way through that evidence-based proof (i.e. comparative clinical trials) of the benefits versus adverse reactions of various seasonal flu vaccinations (including H1N1 vaccine) appears to be practically non-existing! Consequently, we do not really know whether the benefits of these vaccines outweigh the inevitable risks related to vaccination and that what are the factual health hazards caused by the virus itself in unvaccinated people!
On the other hand, we do not know that the incidence of various autoimmune diseases such as MS is increasing for reasons largely unknown… Could our efficient vaccination possibly be related to increasing numbers of autoimmune diseases?
From its onset, I suggested H1N1 was man-made and deliberately spread at a perfect time, spring break in Mexico where so many vacation, then carry home to so many countries, where it could spread further and create a pandemic in a short time frame. Why? I can only speculate… perhaps to decrease world population, but the main target I would expect was missed (the elderly) and hit young people and pregnant women hardest, so it backfired somewhat. Perhaps to move toward a one world gov’t. Who knows. But they did make a mess.
Oh, and if you search online for the box insert of the regular flu vaccine, you will find that there is H1N1 in it along with the other virus types. Look, you’ll see.

Did you read there is a 100% chance of a pandemic?
A degree of skepticism is needed IMO. Here are a few questions folks should be asking: How do we know this document is legit? Where did it come from? Who leaked it? Is there any corroborating evidence available? Are there similar documents from other corporations? Until these questions are answered and this stuff is substantiated further I’ll remain skeptical.
How about looking at this issue with the knowledge of the company’s history/origins? What about the lineage of executives and their affiliations? I think it safe to assume that certain forces within this company (of Nazi origin) that there is some collusion going on.
Baxter applied for all the viral vaccines of flu in 2005. Then we have a pandemic and they control the only cure, making them rich by killing us all off to take our assets, and then selling us vaccines that are even more fatal and more importantly more infectious, to take away more from us when we are dead. Diabolical, eh?
Of course, the pandemic is planned, and the flu manufactured, most likely, in a lab in mexico with 4 different strains of flu. Do not take the flu vaccine as it will weaken your immune system and make you more susceptible to the real flu, which is to come. It also has mercury in it and possibly toxics that will time activated at a later time. I have read the flu vaccine can cause lupus, arthritis and contains 4 strains of the flu in it.
Havent you read at different sites, that the New World Order wants to reduce the world population down to 500 million? A 100% chance means there is NO chance a pandemic will not happen. This is NOT a contingency plan. It is a plan CERTAIN to be executed.
H1N1 was only PART of the pandemic; H1N1 visited almost everyone in the USA for most it was barely noticeable but it IMO did something to each of us; the H1N1 “vaccine” made those so poisoned more susceptible to what is to come. MORE is to come MUCH more.

This is the story we have been fed. IMO taubenberger and his “team” created the deadly H5N1 from scratch.
It may be hard to accept but IMO there may have been NO 1918 pandemic virus or the damage it did was relatively trivial. Most of the damage was done with NEEDLES. This is terribly important today because this time around IMO most of the damage will be done also by NEEDLES and by the same Rockefeller clan.

The true picture of what happened in 1918 is starting to emerge for those who have followed the flood of information we are currently getting about 1918. If you do not believe in conspiracy you may as well stop reading now because 1918 is one VAST conspiracy.
The twentieth century began with a “small pox vaccination” experiment in the Philippines that killed MANY thousands after 95% of the population had received at least two “vaccinations”. IMO this may have been a trial run for 1918.
In 1911 vaccination was made mandatory for the US Military. Rothschild’s aspirin, the first modern drug was widely used by the US Military. It was heavily administered to those soldiers stricken with fever and flu. We now know you should NEVER give aspirin or any fever lowering drug for a normal body cleansing fever. Before being shipped overseas to fight and die in a needless war our troops received as many as 25 “vaccinations”. Among these was the Pertussis vaccination proven to heavily suppress your immune system and the typhus vaccination which was so toxic it could by itself often kill you.
While in Europe the troops ate a LOT of processed dry food which contained NO vitamin C. All this created a perfect storm for death by design. With their bodies, and immune systems weakened by the many dozens of toxic “vaccinations” and poor vitamin C deficient “food” the weakened troops often went to the infirmary with pneumonia where they were loaded up with aspirin and other toxins in the form of ad hoc “drugs”. What little vitamin C they had in their bodies was quickly depleted by the vitamin C depleting aspirin and other ad hoc “drugs” they were given. Tissue replacement requires large amounts of vitamin C. Without the vitamin C our troops could not replace the pneumonia damaged lung tissue and arteries and they literally bled to death.
The vaccine manufacturers, largely Rockefellers and Rothschilds, had tons of their crude toxic “vaccines” left when the war ended so a propaganda campaign was instituted of unload it on the civilian population. In actuality the whole episode with the troops was a test run for the target population, the world’s entire population. The theme of this campaign was that the troops would be bringing their plague germs back into the US with them. As we have seen There Were NO GERMS associated the initiation of this man made plague.
Once the troops were back in the US the same scenario of death by design was repeated. Many of the frightened population headed the governments “patriotic” call and went out and got shot up with dozens of the toxic “vaccines” and when they went to a normal hospital they were loaded up with aspirin “the wonder drug” that had saved the troops in Europe and other ad hoc “drugs”.
Note those in the US who did not get “vaccinated” almost NEVER got sick. Many of those who did get sick and went to homeopathic hospitals, which were allowed before Rockefeller eliminated them, survived mostly because they were not killed by aspirin and ad hoc “drugs”.
