FDA Threat: Vitamins, Supplements, & Alt Health Therapies as “Medicinal”
The FDA generously lends its approval to drugs that cause ghastly symptoms and untold damage. Many contain toxic contaminants from China. Vioxx is said to have claimed 70,000 lives. “Yet not one of them was taken off the market until the desired profits of the product manufacturer were realized and not once were criminal charges ever levied at a pharmaceutical company that decided profits were far more important than human lives.”
Consumer reports seek to demonize natural remedies with ambiguous statements like “thought to be linked” and “could be linked” because natural products are not patentable and there are barely any substantial reports of negative consequences. But this is not enough for the FDA to turn public interest against natural health products and close small supplement companies. So the next step involves twisting vitamins, supplements, and alternative health therapies into something “medicinal” to crack down on companies full force. But they never crack down on the real culprits of death and damage.
In the matter of independent testing for new drugs and vaccines, the FDA throws its hands up, “We don’t have the power!” When it comes to natural remedies it will be “Respect our power!”

FDA threat to your health: Vitamins, supplements and alternative health therapies as “medicinal”
Even as the FDA has for decades routinely given a seal of approval to toxic and deadly medications and vaccines, claiming they are safe, and as hundreds and thousands of people, if not millions, have died or have been permanently injured as a result of their incompetence and gross dereliction of duty, this agency continues its assault on natural remedies and aids claiming they need to be regulated by FDA.
While one toxic and deadly medication, such as Vioxx can claim 70,000 lives, the manufacturer is never shut down by the FDA. Merck Pharmaceuticals never pays any fines or penalties. While they may be sued in court for wrongful death, this is only AFTER they have sold enough of their toxin to exceed any long term risk assessment costs.
In other words: Merck knows its product is lethal. It weighs the long term risk. The questions are never those of public safety, possible harm or death from using their product, but rather:
Can we sell enough of Vioxx fast enough and at levels
high enough to offset what we estimate will be the costs of lawsuits for the people we killed or permanently injured and still make a hefty profit?
And every pharmaceutical company operates their business under this
model which is nothing short of pre-meditated murder in my opinion.While state after state moves to criminalize the alternative therapies and the vitamin and supplement industry, not one state has moved to criminalize the use of toxic and deadly, FDA approved, medications. Not one state, and surely not those Republicans who are colluding state to state to criminalize alternative health practices, has ever suggested holding Merck or any other pharmaceutical company criminally responsible or criminally negligent for the people injured or killed in their respective states as a result of the use of long term risk assessments on the public, rather than safety.
Never in the history of natural and alternative therapies and health practices has any vitamin, mineral, supplement, herb or alternative therapy caused the death of 70,000 people. Not once. In fact, the reports of adverse reactions to natural remedies and health aids is so minimal, there virtually is no report of any consequence.
Because there is no evidence of large scale harm from the use of natural remedies and therapies, a skewed and fabricated report which was promoted by Consumer Reports, using terms such as “May be linked, Could be linked, might be, “is thought to be linked” and other evasive and non-conclusive statements to lead the reader to believe that there is a known and provable link to various diseases and health issues when no such evidence exists. Because these natural products are natural and not patentable and most have been used for centuries without harm, it is imperative to fictionalize some form of threat to justify handing them over to big pharma.
Consumer Reports also stated:
“The Food and Drug Administration has not made full use of even the meager authority granted it by the industry-friendly 1994 Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA).”
The FDA has actually stepped outside of its legal (not lawful) authority which is only concerned with labeling. Every effort has been made by FDA to create regulations and rules that would have no other effect than to expedite the closing of small supplement manufacturers as they move towards redefining nutritional supplements and dietary aids along with alternative health therapies as medicinal.The Consumer Report also states that of the supplements tested many were found to be contaminated with heavy metals and other toxins, including prescription medications. It also says that most of this contamination originates in China….just like the melamine contaminated products.
Did the FDA move to halt these products? No! Do they inspect any Chinese producers? No! Were any penalties levied against Chinese producers? No!
What FDA did do in the case of the melamine contamination was to establish an acceptble amount of melamine in Chinese imports. Melamine is highly toxic at any level.
The use of the words and phrases such as, may, could, might, thought to be, are the same vague words used to justify the use of toxic vaccines and medications. Any of these pharmaceuticals “may, might, could be or may be thought to be” useful in fighting disease, but no one seems able to provide any conclusive evidence that they do, although we do seem to bury a large number of people subjected to them and we have to deal with the long term care for those who survive these things but who are now permanently damaged.
As a result of their continuing protection of, and approval of, untested medications and vaccines producers, is it any wonder the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) is now openly referred to by the public as the “Federal Death Administration”?
This agency has given its approval to medications that have caused heart attacks, strokes, birth defects, autism, neurological disorders, seizures, coma, sudden infant death, infertility, cancer, leukemia, brain damage, dementia, amnesia, liver damage, muscle damage, high blood pressure, hemorrhages, blood clots, blindness, and so many other life threatening or life impairing conditions that it is impossible to list them all. The list of medications and vaccines that have been pulled from the market is extensive. Yet not one of them was taken off the market until the desired profits of the product manufacturer were realized and not once were criminal charges ever levied at a pharmaceutical company that decided profits were far more important than human lives.
This approval is given in lieu of money. It is given while accepting the intentionally skewed testing data provided by the same corporations seeking approval. The FDA rarely, if ever, actually does any independent testing of new drugs and vaccines. This is not a matter of the FDA not having enough authority; they have far more authority than they were ever intended to have.
The problem is that they are a privately owned federal corporation unlawfully empowered to write rules and regulations (law-making) by congress ceding its authority, and as such are autonomous. Nothing in the FDA mandates and guidelines requires them to act in the public interest. And the fact is; they don’t.

Another 5-7 years, and 90% of world’s people will know the TRUTH about deadly danger of drugs, medications, processed food of all kinds, pesticides, all kinds of chemical garbage in food, truth about something ugly, commercially made so called “breads” where in each loaf there are 10-15 ingredients, dangers of tap water, laundry poisons in “detergents”, dangers of fluoride, chlorine in water…etc…etc…etc.
When people will learn the truth,and stop buying garbage, then fda, bigpharma and many other mafias will go down.
The best way to to improve life on earth is by taking responsibility for ourselves, by choosing natural food and supplements whenever possible. With our money we can vote and support companies and individuals that promote quality products, incl. cosmetics that are not tested on animals. The cruelty towards animals for testing and before they are slaughtered is unbelievable! Chosing what is natural and best for our health saves tons of money in the long run with no need for costly “disease”-care.
Regulatory reform Now!!! The FDA is undoubtedly the most incompetent and corrupt government organization in the history of America. However, the real problem is that they don’t have to be accountable to anybody. It is interesting to me that an organisation that was formed for the peoples interests and safety, could give a rats hind end about em’ after all. They don’t care much for politicians either. They sure seem to love the drug industry and big agro and the reason for this love affair is the fact that the FDA is Big Pharma/Agro. That is how you crack the American system and its fine political checks and balances. The regulatory branches are the Achilles heel of our government. We don’t vote for those Bozos. Zip accountability…mucho accountability for the corporate lobby, however. If we could vote…those bastards would be voted out in a New York second.
The pharmacuetical industry, including chemical food additives is regulated by itself, the manufacturers, not the FDA. The food and health food supplement is regulated by the FDA. How strange is that? The FDA is worthles.Doctors, consumers and coporate workers alike have been brainwashed and gone along with this web of deceit like sheep being lead to slaughter. When you call the food manufactureres they tell you the FDA and the AMA have done lots of research and say “there is no harm in additives or GMO’s and that they are perfectly safe and just like any other food”. Then when you go to the AMA and FDA web sites you will find there has been NO research done–it is all fabricated for p.r. reasons. You will find questions in two articles written in 2000 and 2001 by the AMA saying we need more research on GMO’s before unleashing them on the public but then there is NO follow up and NO research thereafter.There is no substitute for learning as much as you can about what is going on in American. The only answer to this problem that I can see at the moment would be the banding together of supplement providers to create a funding program so that they can follow FDA protocol and have their products passed so that they can continue to sell their products and not have big pharma take away their business.

Now the FDA joins homeland security as being untouchable, and all powerful. When these agencies flex their muscles they wield real police power, and they do what they want. Bill of Rights? Constitution? Dream on.
When you have a pile of garbage on your front lawn, flies come in massive amounts. No amount of pestisides can kill off these insects, no matter how much you use. Take away the garbage and the flies disappear.
We are feeding our bodies with garbage and expect to remain healthy. Stop treating your body like a temple that the good Lord gave us, and disease will be kept at bay. We the people can put a stop to this madness. Why should the drug companies profit at the hands of the American public??? The FDA will not protect us, therefore, we have to help protect ourselves.
The more drugs we ingest the sicker this country becomes. But of course disease is a 20 billion dollar business. Would you give up a lucrative business like that?

How about Feral Death Administration? The FDA has been an organization DELIBERATELY destroying our health and indirectly killing us. Yes this is a strong statement and I would not make it if I did not have THOUSANDS of data points undeniably MANDATING this awful conclusion.
Honest mistakes would be made in a random manner and not ALWAYS favor a negative health outcome. The FDA is a child of HHS. HHS is under control of the eugenic Rockefeller clan.
Look the other way at your and those you loves’ peril. This is our MAIN health problem. We will NEVER achieve good health if we are not cognizant of this OVERARCHING health problem and solve it.
For over one hundred years the eugenicists have desired to winnow out our population. They do not want the black skin color; they do not want “undesirables”; they do not want many of us to exist. They have the political power to get what they want and are on the verge of achieving it all. The “Universal Mandatory Vaccination Program” to be ushered in with our Political Pandemic will IMO, in a generation or two, result in a world population of well under one billion with NO “undesirables”.
Our government is not interested in our well being. They only desire to line their pockets and the pockets of the people who help pay for their election campaigns. The self regulated agencies are a good example of this governments unwillingness to do what is right for the people of this nation. We do need to educate ourselves about the poisons that are allowed to infiltrate our homes, food, personal care products and our environment.
We need to talk to our doctors and demand alternatives rather than the surgeries and expensive side effect laden drugs they peddle. Don’t kid yourself they are in it for the money generated and are not looking out for your best interest.
The doctors learn about the new drugs from the sales reps that bring them breakfast, lunch, and offer them other perks to write prescriptions for their drugs. They are not concerned about the cost or side effects they cause.
Don’t get me wrong, in some cases drugs are needed. However, we need to understand a drug does not cure anything. The synthetic junk that big pharm deals us is not what our body needs to heal. Your body heals itself if it is given the right tools. We have just been raise with the notion to take a pill to “fix it” without being given the truth about what that pill might do. I can’t help but laugh when I hear the commercials for the drugs. The side effects take longer than any part of the commercial. Of course they usually end with the “benefits may out weigh the risk.”
The cosmetic companies are another self regulated industry that needs to be brought down. Go to http://www.safecosmetics.org to find out what is lurking in the personal care products you use everyday. You may be shocked to find the toxic load we are putting on our bodies every day with our shampoos, conditioners, soaps, lotions, and make up.
Start a trend and look for alternatives in all areas of your life. We can stop it if we refuse to buy this crap.
Stop voting for the damn Obamites! The only way to stop this is a dramatic slashing of the Federal budget, by Trillions! Too many Feds means, SWAT team raids on raw milk and health food stores.

don’t look now but they are all essentially the same. the “harmonization of the world food supply started in the early 60′s by ig farbin executives. and this doctrin of distortion and criminal international trade agreements have been supported by both parties administrations, the wto, the who, and the international banks. these international rules, which by treaty over ride national legislation, will eventually do away with all nutritional supplements, of enough potency to have an effect, by classifying them as toxic. the fda is just an arm of something much bigger. if you control the food you control the population, especially when there is every effort to keep the population weak and sick. google codex alimentarius if you don’t think this is going on.
In a perfect world, where pharmaceutical companies play fair, and are not too concerned about health supplements, this would be possible. Since they can’t patten nature, and nutraceuticals are not only direct competition, but also exposes Big Pharma’s fatal flaws by their mere existence and preventative philosophy,the pharmaceutical industry will fight tooth and nail to discredit, or over regulate supplement companies out of business. Bottom line is; they don’t want us healthy. Healthy people don’t take drugs.

The pharmaceutical industry is the most financially successful industry ever to exist on this planet. Keep spreading the word and protect your children for I’m sure this will take a generation or two.

The FDA is out for one thing… money. They are not seeking the best care and health for the population.
Today I was told my mother – who started Chemo last week – is having rash problems from ALL HER SUPPLEMENTS – not the chemo she just started. Thus, they told her to stop ALL vitamins, minerals, Whey protein, and supplements to help her body heal (whch she had been taking for weeks). Instead, her rash started right after Chemo – but COULD ONLY BE related to her supplements (per her Oncologist).
Physicians support where the money is at… FDA, Drugs. Since natural foods, vitamins, can’t be patented, they can’t control them.
What’s sad is that my parents, and many people believe this terrible lie – without even a single allergy testing completed.
