How can we possibly create a [Healthiness] summary?

Doctor Weston Price confronted this exact problem as he traveled the world in search of healthy peoples. His answer: a persons dental development and teeth are a good single measure of a persons over all health. Doctor Price found isolated peoples eating traditional foods who often had less than one dental carie per 100 even 300 teeth. 

What is truly mind blowing is these people with the healthy teeth and mouths did not brush their teeth; they did not floss their teeth and NEVER visited a hospital, dentist, orthodontist or dental surgeon and yet their dental health exceeded ours by perhaps one hundred fold. This is certainly a stark demonstration that you cannot buy personal health and all the &quot;medical technology&quot; in the world will not bring you health. 

How criminal for the Rothschild clan to sell nations on the notion that toxic &quot;food&quot;, toxic &quot;drugs&quot;, toxic &quot;vaccinations&quot; and toxic &quot;health care&quot; can bring us health. Clearly all these toxins have brought us disease and death. Toxic medicine does have a place in ACUTE care but MOST of it is used for CHRONIC care.</description>

We should define 50 ng/ml as a marginally sufficient vitamin D level. This is so because your body does not start to STORE vitamin D until you hit that level. Below 50 ng/ml you are not sure all your philological vitamin D needs are being met. I consider 60 to be my minimum although I never get tested. I spend MANY hours in the noon sun with NO sun tan poison on me until my fair skin develops a good tan.  

Vitamin D is no doubt a factor in autism as is &quot;vaccination&quot;, malfunctioning gut flora and several other factors. 


I consider sun exposure to be the very best single thing you can do for your health, your families health AND your new born baby&#039;s pale skin.
